MEDICATION AIDE PROGRAM

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete the admission application ($50.00 nonrefundable)

• Provide appropriate ID

• First down payment of not less $300(must be paid before first day of class) and a minimum of $100.oo/week thereafter

• Complete payment plan agreement

• Books are included in the cost of the program

MEDICAL HEALTH & OTHER ITEMS NEEDED PRIOR TO CLINICAL:

• PPD/X-RAY result required

• School uniform

• Blood Pressure kits

CLASS SCHEDULE:

• Classes are Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:00pm to 9:30pm

• Total hours for the program is 68 hours

• Certificate is given upon completion of the course, and fulfilling all financial obligations.

ORIENTATION:

• Orientation will be on the first day of class

TUITION-PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE:

• Total cost $700.00 excluding books.

SCHOOL SUPPLIES & EQUIPMENTS:

• BOOKS-$140

STATE BOARD EXAM:

• Upon completion of the Medication Aide Program, student will be eligible to register for the state board certification exam

NURSING ASSISTANT PROGRAM

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS:

• Complete an entrance test only for individuals who do not have a high    school diploma

• First down payment of $600 must be paid before first day of class

• Complete payment plan agreement

• Books must be purchased before first day of the class (may be   purchased from the school)

• Prove of negative PPD/X-RAY result

• School uniform

• Blood Pressure kits

CLASS SCHEDULE:

• AM Classes are Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8:00am to 12:23Pm

• PM Classes are Monday, Wednesday and Friday 5:00pm to 9:00pm

• WEEK END Classes are Saturday and Sunday 9:00am to 12:30pm

• Total hours for the program is 120 hours {Lectures, Labs & Clinicals}

• Certificate is given upon completion of the course, and fulfilling all financial and education obligations.

ORIENTATION:

• TUITION=$1,200.00 including books

• SCHOOL SUPPLIES: $150.00 including CPR, Blood Pressure kits, ID, &   Uniform.

• State Board Exam Fee=$94.00.

• TOTAL COAST=$1,444 PAYMENT PLAN AVAILABLE

STATE BOARD EXAM:

. Upon completion of the Nursing Assistant Program, student will be   eligible to register for the state board certification exam through the school.
